AIGA NY Mentoring Program - Create! Don't Hate.

Create! Don't Hate. / 2010 End of Year Project
As part of the program there is an organized group project each year. This year’s project is part of the Design Ignites Change youth mentoring initiative, Create! Don’t Hate. The students and their design mentors worked together to create powerful public billboards that address the theme of tolerance. Most of the world’s problems can be traced to intolerance of one group by another. From the conflicts in the Middle East, homophobia and police profiling to the repression of women, bullying on a high school campus and gang violence – intolerance in one form or another impacts all of our lives.
